The law is an ass. The magistrates should have taken into account the actions of this child and supported David Crompton. Its because the law and these idiotic magistrates seem to always take the side of the perpetrator rather than the victim that our society is as it is. If I had been the magistrate I would have had strong words with the kids parents for wasting the courts time and suggest that they take their kid in hand to instil in him what is right and what is wrong.
