Downing Street denies RAF carrier plan

Sending a carrier which could deploy Harrier jump-jets is such a common sense idea that this story smacks of the truth.

Many people including yours truly have berated the governement for stupidly leaving the UK in a position where it is unable to respond to just the scenario that has presented itself in Libya.
