So today is budget day !!!
Are there going to be any surprises ?
Seems most of what’s of any interest to Joe Public has already been leaked in the news.
Are we heading towards a time when the government, the Chancellor, will just publish the information on the web and by-pass the boring recitation of facts which the media then spend days dissecting.
